# ScribeText

> ScribeText is an English-language web application for turning recordings into editable transcripts, timed subtitles, AI summaries and basic mind maps.

Choose a tool for the input and desired output. Transcription requires a verified account and available minutes. Results are private to the account. Public guides explain formats, workflows and limitations; they do not expose user recordings.

## Important boundaries

Speech recognition and AI notes can make mistakes. Check names, figures, accents, overlapping speakers and timing before publishing or relying on results. ScribeText does not promise perfect accuracy.
Current tools process recordings; they do not join live meetings. Public page titles identify distinct tasks rather than interchangeable copies of the homepage.
